Pay Per Free Signup Rules
The Pay Per Free Signup (PPFS) program is a special US-only signup bonus designed to reward you
for bringing real USA users into MyLeadBiz using your affiliate offer link.
This program exists in addition to the normal multi-tier commission system
(where you earn a percentage of your referrals’ earnings). On this page we explain
only the rules for the PPFS program.

Who is eligible for PPFS
What counts as a valid US lead
How the 3-tier commission works
How the 14-day Pending → Approved / Rejected process works
What is allowed and not allowed
How we review and protect the system
Please read carefully before working on PPFS offers.
1. How the PPFS 3-Tier Commission Works
For each valid USA signup in this PPFS offer, commissions are paid in three tiers:
Tier 1 (Direct affiliate): $0.50
Tier 2 (Sponsor of Tier 1): $0.25
Tier 3 (Sponsor of Tier 2): $0.15
Notes:
If there is no Tier 2 or Tier 3 sponsor in the chain, the unpaid part of the tier stays with MyLeadBiz.
This PPFS bonus is only for valid US leads generated through the PPFS offer link.
This is separate from your normal multi-tier commissions that come from your referrals’ earnings
in other programs.
2. Who Can Work on PPFS and Who Can Sign Up
Affiliates (those who promote):
People from any country may join MyLeadBiz as affiliates and promote our offers
(including PPFS), as long as they follow our Terms & Conditions and this rules page.
Becoming an affiliate is free. There is no Pro membership fee required.
Leads (those who sign up under PPFS):
The PPFS program pays only for valid signups from the USA.
The user must be a real person based in the United States (as per our checks).
3. What Is a “Valid US Lead” in PPFS?
A referral (lead) is considered valid for PPFS only if all of the following are true:
The user comes through your unique PPFS offer link (with your affiliate tracking).
They create a free MyLeadBiz account using:
Their real name, and
Their real, reachable email address.
They verify their email (by clicking the verification link we send).
They are identified as USA-based, according to our checks
(IP, address, patterns, etc.).
They pass our security and quality checks:
No obvious fraud, bots, or duplicate accounts
No abuse of fake details or automatic signup tools
They show at least minimal normal user behaviour, such as:
Logging in and viewing the dashboard
Opening emails or interacting with MyLeadBiz in a normal way
Simply filling out the signup form is not enough.
A lead must pass both technical and behavioural checks
to be finally approved and paid.
4. Pending vs Approved vs Rejected (14-Day Review)
It is very important to understand how PPFS approvals work.
4.1 Pending (First 14 Days)
When a new US lead signs up through your PPFS link and verifies their email:
The lead will appear in your account as “Pending”.
The related commission (for Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) will also be in Pending status.
The lead will remain Pending for 14 days.
During this 14-day period, our systems and team may:
Check email deliverability and bounce status
Check spam complaints
Check for fake / low-quality data
Check for suspicious patterns (IP, device, volume, etc.)
Decide whether the lead is genuine and acceptable
4.2 Auto Approval After 14 Days
If, within the 14-day Pending period:
The lead is not manually rejected, and
No strong fraud or quality issue is detected,
then:
The lead will be automatically moved to “Approved” status, and
The related PPFS commissions (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) will be
approved and become eligible for payout according to our normal payout schedule.
4.3 Rejected Leads
A lead may be Rejected during the 14-day Pending period if:
The email bounces or is clearly non-deliverable
There is a spam complaint or clear sign of non-genuine signup
The data is obviously fake (nonsense name, fake address, etc.)
The lead is not really from the USA (location fakery, VPN abuse, etc.)
The signup clearly violates any rule on this page or our general Terms
If a lead is Rejected:
The lead will not be counted as valid
Any Pending PPFS commission attached to that lead (all tiers) will
not be approved or paid
4.4 After Approval
Once a lead:
Has passed the 14-day Pending period, and
Has been Approved, and
Has been included in an invoice / payout calculation,
then:
In normal situations, that commission is considered final and will
not be reversed,
Except in rare and serious cases of proven fraud or abuse discovered later
(for example: mass fake accounts, stolen identities, or system manipulation).
In such exceptional cases, MyLeadBiz reserves the right to adjust or reverse
commissions and take further action.
5. What You Are Allowed To Do
You are allowed to:
Promote your unique PPFS offer link and other MyLeadBiz links to real people
Use:
Social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
Blogs, websites, YouTube
Email lists (that you own and have permission to email)
Messenger apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
Explain MyLeadBiz honestly:
What it is
What we offer
How people can benefit
Run paid ads (Facebook, Google, Bing, etc.), as long as:
You follow each platform’s ad policies
You do not make false or misleading claims
You do not violate our rules or general Terms
We strongly encourage you to focus on real users genuinely interested in:
Online business
Make Money Online (MMO)
Digital marketing and related opportunities
6. What Is Strictly NOT Allowed
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Doing any of these may:
Void leads during review
Prevent Pending commissions from being approved
Lead to account suspension or permanent termination
6.1 Self-Referral and Multiple Accounts
Creating accounts for yourself using different emails or devices
Creating multiple accounts for the same person or household
Logging in to, controlling, or operating your referrals’ accounts
6.2 Fake / Nonsense / Disposable Data
Using obviously fake names like “Ggrr Kkll”, “Bttr Jjkk”, etc.
Using disposable, temporary, or fake email addresses
Abusing aliases such as name+anything@gmail.com to create many fake “different” users
Generating name/email combinations with scripts or software
6.3 Bots, Scripts, and Automated Signups
Any kind of bot traffic
Auto-signup tools, browser macros, auto-form-filling software
Automated traffic exchanges that send fake visits or fake signups
6.4 VPN / Proxy / Datacenter IP Abuse
Because PPFS is US-only, we take location fakery seriously.
You are not allowed to use VPNs, proxies, VPS, RDP, or datacenter IPs to
fake USA location or identities.
Do not rapidly switch IPs to create multiple signups yourself.
We block many of these automatically. Trying to bypass this is a serious violation.
6.5 Incentivized / Forced Signups (for PPFS)
Paying people or offering bonuses just to create free accounts, such as:
“Create a free MyLeadBiz account and I will pay you”
“Sign up and get free mobile recharge / gift / reward”
Using PTC, autosurf, paid-to-signup sites, or junk traffic sources where users have
no real interest in MyLeadBiz
6.6 Spam and Misleading Promotion
Spamming your link in irrelevant groups, comments, inboxes, or DMs
Sending emails to purchased or scraped email lists
Making false promises, such as:
“Guaranteed income with no work”
“Get rich overnight”
“Free money just for signing up”
We only support honest and transparent promotion.
7. How Leads Are Reviewed and Why They May Be Rejected
A referral may appear as Pending at first and then be Approved or
Rejected during the 14-day review window. Main reasons for rejection include:
7.1 Email Bounced / Invalid
If a lead’s email initially appears valid, but later returns hard bounces
(non-existent mailbox, invalid address), that lead may be marked invalid and Rejected.
7.2 Spam Complaints
If the user marks our emails as Spam or triggers repeated spam complaints, the lead may be
Rejected as non-genuine or very low quality.
7.3 Obvious Fake / Low-Quality Signups
If a lead uses nonsense name/email, clearly has no real connection to the USA, or shows signs of
being created only to trigger payouts, we may mark it as fake/low quality and Reject it.
7.4 Duplicate / Multiple Accounts
If we detect that the same person created multiple accounts, or many accounts were created from
the same device/IP with suspicious patterns:
Extra accounts may be Rejected
Only one legitimate account may remain
The affiliate may be flagged for deeper review
7.5 Abnormal Patterns or Fraud Signals
We also analyze country & IP patterns, device fingerprints, time & volume (too many signups in a
very short time), name & email similarities, etc.
If these indicate fraud or artificial activity, we may Reject all related leads during the Pending stage
and restrict or terminate your account in serious cases.
8. Account Review, Payouts, and Adjustments
Before processing PPFS payouts, we:
Re-scan your PPFS leads
Remove clearly invalid, fake, or duplicate signups
Approve commissions only for leads that pass our checks
If your account is flagged for review:
Your payout may be delayed until checks are complete
Serious fraud may lead to withheld payouts and account termination
While we aim not to reverse commissions after they are fully Approved and invoiced,
MyLeadBiz reserves the right to:
Pause payouts while an investigation is ongoing
Adjust or reverse commissions in rare cases of
clear, proven fraud or abuse discovered later
9. How to Work Safely and Build Long-Term Earnings
To grow your income safely with PPFS and other MyLeadBiz programs:
Focus on real people, not shortcuts
Use your own name, face, and brand where possible
Promote honestly – explain what MyLeadBiz is and what it is not
Avoid any kind of fake signup, fake traffic, or trick methods
Respect this PPFS Rules page and our general Terms & Conditions
The cleaner your traffic is, the easier it is for us to approve your leads and pay you on time.
10. Final Terms
MyLeadBiz may update these PPFS Rules at any time to improve protection and quality.
In case of any dispute about PPFS leads, commissions, or account status,
the final decision will be made by MyLeadBiz management.
