MyLeadBiz is an affiliate-based platform that allows members to earn commissions by referring new users and promoting services. These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using our website.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
  • You may not use our platform if you have been banned or previously removed for violating these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • Each user is allowed one account per device; multiple accounts from the same device may result in account suspension.

4. Affiliate Program Rules

  • Affiliates will earn commissions for successful referrals through their unique affiliate links.
  • Free Members earn $0.50 per successful referral, while Pro Members earn $1.00 per referral.
  • Pro Members also receive 50% commission on Pro Membership upgrades by their referred members.
  • Commission payments are processed bi-monthly (1st and 15th of each month) and subject to review.

5. Payment Terms

  • All earnings are paid via your selected payout method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, bKash).
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate payment details.
  • Payments may be withheld if fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use fraudulent methods to generate referrals or commissions.
  • Share offensive, harmful, or unlawful content via your affiliate links.
  • Attempt to access or interfere with the accounts of other users.
  • Violate any local, national, or international laws in connection with your use of our services.

7. Membership Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your Pro Membership at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities or that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs on myleadbiz.com are the property of MyLeadBiz and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our platform.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account.
  • Any errors or interruptions in the availability of our services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
